Lifting point: Forged steel, European Standard No. 1.6541, high-tensile tempered, dark gray phosphated finish

GN 589 weldable lifting points are noted for their small dimensions. They provide high dynamic and static strength and can be loaded from any direction with approved safety (safety factor 4).
The nominal values for load capacity in the table are for the most disadvantageous loading conditions, and are also clearly marked on the lifting point.
Lifting points are 100% electro magnetic tensile tested to EN 1677, and comply with Mechanical Engineering Directive 2006 / 42 / EG.
See also important User Information Sheet for details on proper use, positioning, installation, and inspection.
