ADJUSTABLE CLAMPING LEVER KITS GN 911 (SOLD SEPARATELY):
These kits can be used to replace the DIN 912 cap screws with adjustable levers. They include lever, spacer bushing, and hex nut, unassembled. See GN 911 to order separately; see right hand column in tables for part numbers of appropriate kit.
GN 134.1 linear actuator connectors are normally supplied only in connection with a mounted actuator and for function control.
The mounting bores for the follower gear are always located in the lid of the d1 bore and/or the s1 square. Centering bushings in the through-hole eliminate the axial clearance. The width of the s1 square is dimensionally aligned with the play of the square linear actuators.
The square s2 of the linear actuator connector is supplied not machined in the standard design.
By means of the clamping screw and self-locking hexagonal nut (polyamide ring) the movement can either be set or the linear actuator connector can be clamped (after setting of final adjustment).
In the standard version, the clamping force of the clamp onto the tube is achieved via the socket cap screws and hex nuts with nylon insert.
Inch size bores available upon request.
