Information

Base and lug: Stainless steel, European standard No. 1.4301 (American standard 304 series), matte shot-blast finish or polished finish
Threaded stud: Stainless steel, European standard No. 1.4305 (American standard 303 series)
Hex nut: Stainless steel, European standard No. 1.4301 (American standard 304 series), ISO 4032
Hex nut is standard part of assembly
Rubber pad inlay: NBR synthetic rubber (Perbunan), black, 80 +/-5° Shore A hardness
T version has no locknut, has wrench flat at the bottom of stud
TK version has locknut, has wrench flat at the bottom of stud
Assembly screw for rubber pad is loctited into stud

The solid rubber pad is firmly embedded in the sheet metal base and secured by a screw loctited into place.
The threaded stud can be adjusted via the wrench flats at the lower end of the stud.
To insure proper leveling mount size, divide the machine weight by the number of mounts required. This will equal the pounds or load per mount.
The static load is limited by any deformation of the base.
Black pad inlay (NBR) offers high resistance to swelling when in contact with oils and fuels.
