Information

Base and threaded stud: Steel, zinc plated, blue passivated
Available types:
--Without cap
--Plastic cap: Technopolymer plastic, DELRIN®, white (natural color)
--Plastic cap, electrically conductive, surface resistivity < 106Ω, volume resistivity < 107Ω
--Rubber cap: Thermoplastic TPE rubber, 73 Shore hardness, black
--Rubber cap, electrically conductive, surface resistivity < 106Ω, volume resistivity < 107Ω
Hex nut: Steel, zinc plated, blue passivated, ISO 4032

The static load of GN 343.2 leveling mounts is limited by the load capacity of the ball joint with threaded stud (tensile strength class 5.8 (500N/mm2)).. The static load values in the table below refer to a net vertical load in relation to the ball socket. Under normal operating conditions, side loading or angular loading is not uncommon and the load capacity would be considerably reduced, which must be taken into consideration.
Tensile strength of steel in base and stud: 500 N/mm2.
Mounts are supplied assembled.
