Safety cam latches GN 115.9 have a push-to-turn safety function. In the two end positions the spindle is locked in place by the latch arm. The latch can be turned 90° (a quarter of a turn) only when the hand operating element / key is pushed in, which releases the safety pin from the locked position. This feature protects the latch arm from moving on its own or as the result of vibrations.
The beveled edges of the latch arm create a smooth latching of the door. The 15 different off-set latch arm options allow the "Latch arm distance A" to be set between 4 mm and 32 mm.
The safety cam latches GN 115.9 come supplied with a loosely enclosed latch arm.
The socket key latches the latch arm and provides security from accidentally opening but does not lock the arm in place.
A socket key is not included.
