Safety cam latches GN 115.9 have a push-to-turn safety function. In the two end positions the spindle is locked in place by the cam latch. The latch arm can be turned 90° (a quarter of a turn) only when the hand operating element is pushed in, which releases the safety pin from the locked position. This feature protects the latch arm from moving on its own or as the result of vibrations.
The beveled edges of the latch arm create a smooth latching of the door. The 15 different off-set latch arm options allow the "Latch arm distance A" to be set between 4 mm and 32 mm.
The safety cam latches GN 115.9 comes supplied with a loosely enclosed latch arm.
