Softline standard parts feature a soft and slip-proof surface and provide better force transfer between hand and operating element – especially in moist, oily, hot or cold ambient conditions.
Revolving mushroom shaped knobs EN 597.1 are used in applications that require friction-free turning action, such as vertically positioned handwheels or cranked handles.
The Softline coating makes them particularly ergonomic and easy to grip.
The soft, slip-proof contact area improves the grip both in damp (hand perspiration) and in dry ambient conditions, as well as in the event of oily surfaces and in very high or very low temperatures.
