Carrier rail profiles EN 646.3 are the base components for conveyor roller and ball tracks. They are the carrier channels for EN 646.1 conveyor roller tracks and for EN 646.2 conveyor ball tracks and feature a high degree of rigidity.
The carrier rail profile is designed such that conveyor roller and ball tracks as well as containment edge strips EN 646.4 can be assembled without mounting hardware.
Using connectors (type C), the carrier rail profiles EN 646.6 can be assembled together to create longer profile extensions.
The standard lengths match the 270 mm length of the conveyor roller and ball tracks. For type B, the position and edge spacing of the hole pattern is not defined.
